From classic mustard and hot mustard to herb mustard, you’ll find everything your mustard-loving heart desires. All our mustard varieties are made from 100% pure organic ingredients and are cold-milled to preserve their essential oils and natural nutrients. We do not add any artificial flavourings, colourings, flavour enhancers, or sweeteners—so you can enjoy a product that is 100% natural. Our mustards are available in local shops throughout the country or directly from our farm.

You can buy and enjoy our products with complete peace of mind. Our stewing hens are raised in a calm environment, with plenty of fresh air, outdoor access, and ample space to express their natural behaviour. This animal-friendly farming results in high-quality farm products – from fresh eggs and poultry to ready-to-enjoy specialities.

You can find our quality organic beef products in many shops in Luxembourg. Our products are marketed under the “Biomaufel” and “Bio Green Beef” labels from the IVLB (Interessegemeinschaft Vermarktung Lëtzeburger Biofleesch a.s.b.l.) and are sold in Naturata, by the butcher Niessen and in Cactus supermarkets, among others. Should you need larger quantities (a quarter of beef) please contact us as we can offer you the possibility of buying direct.

Our legumes are grown in our fields with respect for nature and the soil. As a valuable source of plant-based protein and an integral part of our value chain, they accompany the journey from the field to your kitchen. Carefully cultivated, cleaned, packaged, and marketed directly, they stand for outstanding quality, authentic flavour, and conscious enjoyment. You can find our products in various local shops as well as directly at our farm.

Our flour is made from grain grown on our farm according to strict organic farming standards. After harvest, the grain is threshed, cleaned, and then slowly stone-milled. This gentle process preserves the whole grain, including the germ, bran, and all its valuable nutrients, resulting in genuine wholemeal flour with a rich flavour—perfect for healthy and natural cooking and baking.
